A $250.00 Deposit is required on all reservations with balance to be paid upon arrival. $80% of Deposit is refundable only if we are able to fill your cancellation. CREDIT IS NOT GIVEN FOR EARLY CHECK-OUTS, NOR FOR LATE CHECK-INS. Pets are allowed in Bayside and Lagoon only.  Pets must be picked up after- charges range from $10-20 daily  $50-100 weekly depending on size of pet.
